I am an insight consultant with 20 years expertise connecting marketing with the insights that make it matter. I am motivated by impactful work. I bring a Try It / Tweak It / Use It / Share It approach to client challenges. My "applicability radar" is always up.

My work involves: Marketing Strategy, Persona Development, Customer/Patient Journeys, Trend Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Social Media Marketing, Blogging, Email Marketing, Event Marketing, Thought Leadership, and Marketing Research.

My consultancy, Connect 4 Insight, is an enthusiastic engine of economic encouragement employing marketing strategy and insight consulting to activate novel connections and expand the narratives for businesses fueling their own economies. I help clients to visualize their challenges through a different lens, providing clarity of direction and prioritizing focus.

A regular volunteer at TechTown Detroit, I share with Detroit-area businesses the lessons I've learned working in industries like consumer electronics, data security, financial services & banking, grocery, healthcare, insurance, retail, and more.

I am a member of the Bauman Research & Consulting Strategic Network with whom I often partner and for whom I blog regularly. I am also a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), the Insights Association, the American Marketing Association (AMA), and AdCraft Detroit. In addition to my current memberships, I am a past member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) and the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).

I hold a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan. I am a fan of the Oxford comma. I spend my “free” time (ha!) chauffeuring my three children and an occasionally juicy French bulldog.
