My consulting background spans global tech firms like Thoughtworks, Robots & Pencils, Polar Stork, and Algoworks where I've lead the Design practice in collaboration with multicultural team. I’ve contributed to high-impact systems such as TELUS’s eCommerce experience and accessibility-first platforms for nonprofits like Bridging Voice. Certified in Accessibility (Google), AI Design Thinking, and Lean UX, I bring strategic thinking, empathy, and clarity to every phase of the product lifecycle.
