Hi everyone my name is Maryam and I am looking forward to meet you all. I am 35 years old, living in Simrishamn, Sweden. I have two beautiful daughters and a loving husband. I love to cook for my daughters and to go out for camping with my family, as my girls love to hangout outdoors. I love watching movies and go out for long walks alongside beeches, its so relaxing and comforting. I have loads of friends and i love hanging out with them. I am originally from Pakistan and migrated to Sweden almost five years before. Learning Swedish was a bit of challenge but it went well.

I was an English teacher in Pakistan and i did masters in English literature. Here in Sweden, i worked as a substitute English teacher for a while and there i decided to be a formal teacher in Swedish school system. I decided to study from Malmö university and right now i am studying in my second year out of four years of education. Now I am excited to be the part of this VE program, because it gives possibility to share different ideas with each other to give a possibility of divers learning.

The problem which concerns me a lot is to create, as a teacher, a balance between the students with different lingual, ethnic and social backgrounds with in a class, without compromising the learning process. As the world is becoming a global village and the possibility of multi lingual and multi social students with in every class is increasing day by day and the teachers need to learn the skills and strategies to create a harmonized balance between students and learning.
