Maryann Misiolek

I’m Maryann Misiolek, a real estate investor, industrial engineer, and business owner based in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. Since 2001, I’ve owned and operated MarDav Enterprises, LLC with my husband, Dave. Together, we specialise in rehabilitating, renovating, and managing residential properties throughout Central Pennsylvania. What started as a passion project has grown into a mission to improve local communities by transforming neglected houses into homes with lasting value.

I earned both my Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (1999) and Master’s in Management Science (2000) from Lehigh University. My background in engineering taught me structure and problem-solving, which I apply daily in business — from planning and budgeting to hands-on work at project sites. I believe in consistency, dedication, and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in my community. I serve as Chairperson of the Helping Hands Committee and on the Finance Council at St. Ann Byzantine Catholic Church in Harrisburg. I also volunteer with local youth sports and charitable initiatives.

For me, success isn’t just about financial results — it’s about impact. I live by the motto “work to live, not live to work,” and I strive to create a meaningful balance between business, service, and family.
