I had cancer. I have cancer, again. I will never be cancer-free.

I am the founder of the grassroots breast health global non-profit organization, The Get In Touch Foundation. Our FREE Get In Touch Girls' Program & Daisy Wheel breast health educational initiative teaches girls in grades 5-12 the importance of, and how to do a breast self exam - for life.

Our Daisy Wheels and Daisy Wheel app are in all 50 states and over 80 countries - and they are FREE!

I am the author of "A Diary of Healing: My Intense and Meaningful Life with Cancer," my first memoir, published in spring 2013 by Hay House Publishing's Balboa Press. I won my publishing contract from Maria Shriver at her California Women's Conference - how cool is that?!

My three finest accomplishments are the kids that call me, "Mom," Betsy, Mary, and Eddy.
