I grew up in Washington state, got my bachelor's degree in California, moved to Alaska for work, did a volunteer program in New Jersey, went back to Alaska (because I missed it so much), sold coffee and juices in North Carolina, and now am up in Boston, a sous chef during the day and getting a degree in food policy at night. It's an exhausting life...and I love it.
