Over 15 years of professional experiences and training in education, customer service, e-learning, and instructional design have allowed me to develop a wide range of skills in diverse settings. I am passionate about evaluating instructional strategies and processes that are in place for learners of all ages, especially with e-learning. I am driven to use my education and experience to making virtual education more effective and engaging by being attentive to various learning styles and needs of all learners.

I love collaborating with students and educators in both the K-12, university, and corporate settings to encourage best practices for e-learning. I am passionate in creating positive relationships with individuals and working closely to solve problems and meet objectives. I love creating and implementing quality, technology-centered content that is dynamic, effective, and engaging.
