Mary Desiree

Mary Desiree (Diaz) is a 21 year old singer-songwriter from Queens, NY. Her style is alternative acoustic with a touch of soul, blues, pop and rock. Her songs are inspired by her every day struggles in life with being a young mom and a wife of the age of twenty (20). She also was blessed to have the "young" genes, in which she looks a couple of years younger than her age. A usual day for her would consist of her taking care of her 14 month old son and spending time with her husband. Whenever she can, she would sit down and compose a new song or lyrics. Her new single that is currently being written and finalized, which is entitled "STEPFORD WIFE", was originally a rant-turned-poem-turned-song. And with the help of her talented friend, Gabriel C. from one of her favorite bands, LTRAIN, she was able to finally construct a whole outline to her song.
