My name is Mary.

Let me take a few moments to enlighten you about who I am.. .

Well, I’m just an ordinary girl living her life to the fullest. I grew up in the beautiful prairies in Saskatchewan, Canada. As a little girl, growing up in a small town there wasn’t much for me to do… Well to some of you, you may have thought that. To be honest… I think that was themagic of it all; having the freedom of nothing to do but always being able to create & discoveryour inner self. With that being that, that small town, that my friends.. . . is where my love forfitness, nutrition, & health all began.

Fast forward to today; my passion for fitness, nutrition, & health keeps thriving. I aspire to help others live a healthy, active, & balanced lifestyle. How? You may ask, well… . I got a plan. In the near future, I plan to expand my knowledge in nutrition by becoming a Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Specialist through CanFitPro. Going further in the future, I will be attending university to become a Registered Nurse. All I want to do in life is to save lives.

I could go on for hours about who I am but honestly, you’ll get a better understanding once you read my future blogs. You’ll get a real sense of the person I am today.
