Mary Fadare is a social impact leader, entrepreneur, and human capital development advocate.
She is the Founder of Phenomenal Ladies Circle Africa, a nonprofit organization established in 2019 and committed to bridging opportunity gaps for women and girls across Africa. Through intentional initiatives that educate, enlighten, and empower, Mary creates spaces for growth, access, and transformation. Her work spans conferences, community outreach programs, and most recently, a free digital literacy program equipping secondary school girls in Ile-Ife, Osun State, with essential computer skills for the future.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Mary is the CEO of Biz Essentials NG, a brand that serves businesses and organizations with services designed to strengthen operations and drive sustainable growth.
Mary is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and remains deeply passionate about empowering women and girls, capacity building, and seeing individuals unlock their potential and succeed in alignment with their ideas, skills, and purpose.
