She leads a team that raises money from individuals, corporations and foundations to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, professional development, and a community of successful women. Mary Grace has marketing experience that uses personal, event, direct response, digital marketing and social media techniques to engage donors and secure their financial support. An insightful and creative fundraising leader, Mary Grace Herrington offers expertise in the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major and principal gifts. Mary Grace collaborates with programming and business units to identify funding priorities and develop fundraising strategies. Mary Grace Herrington is skilled at prospect management, portfolio development and working with Board of Trustee and volunteer committees.
