I get to care every day about the health of the people around me because they're people with families, and because healthier people are more productive people who have lower healthcare costs. I get to hear the woes of our recruiting manager, while I tell her that the position simply doesn't warrant higher pay. I get to come up with creative solutions to problems. Every day.
