lover of wind & water, laughter, swimming, yoga

addicted to kindness, coffee and facebook (not proud)

debtor of gratitude to milk, Mom and Dad, canoes, bicycles and feng shui

and also thankful for my Canadian home and to other places where I have felt at home

Minnesota, Colorado, France and Costa Rica
