Mary Katherine Powers

My career started early in photography – a black and white darkroom. I have since worked in many different forms of communications.

I’m a knowledge-hungry self-starter who approaches a problem like starting a new novel. It’s no fun to turn to the last chapter and read the end. I want to experience the character building, plot twisting, cliffs and climbs of a good read. A good problem solver embraces a challenge and expects to learn something new with every problem.

Random Thought: I was a band geek, it helped pay my way through college. I know what it takes to have 300 people working together to create something special. We all approached our work differently but we arrived at the final result together. It was exciting, exhausting, frustrating, humbling, and oh so much fun! I enjoy challenging work and the experience it brings.
