I was born in 1993 at Rush Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. I grew up in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and now reside in Chicago as I attend DePaul University.

I am majoring in Elementary Education with a Middle School and Social Studies endorsement. A 2012 Golden Apple Scholar, I spend a few weeks each summer student teaching at a CPS school of need.

After college I hope to teach Middle School Social Studies at a school of need here in the city.
