Her passion for her work and her clients is seemingly limitless. Mary earned her Bachelor's in Journalism from Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College and Scripps School of Journalism.

At Upward, Mary leads a team of dedicated content specialists and strategists responsible for clients' content marketing, PR, social media, email, web content and video programs.

Before working as Director of PR + Content Marketing at Upward, Mary worked as a senior account executive at two Columbus-based advertising agencies, managing PR and online initiatives for several clients including Myrtle Beach Chamber/CVB, Scentsy, Hilton Columbus Downtown, Ohio Tuition Trust Authority, Premier HealthNet, Good Samaritan Hospital, Krazy Glue, Bob Evans and Stanley Steemer.
