Marylou A. Paolucci

As the owner of Marylou Paolucci & Associates, P.C., Ms. Paolucci has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in commercial litigation for over 15 years. Ms. Paolucci also has experience in numerous other areas, including: no fault litigation, real estate closings, guardianships, trusts and estates including wills and advance health care directives, and general liability. Ms. Paolucci is a licensed Real Estate Broker on Long Island, and a New York Certified Guardian. Ms. Paolucci is a frequent lecturer on commercial litigation to various attorneys and community members. She regularly volunteers for the local Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America, raises money for her local schools and sponsors the Saint James Smithtown Little League.
