Mary Lou has been a licensed Realtor since 1981 and has lived in Longview since 1999. Mary Lou enjoys advising sellers and buyers in the process of real estate transactions. She also enjoys analyzing the financing terms to help buyers choose which terms work best for their situation. Mary Lou has been awarded many awards in her career including Texas Lone Star CRS Realtor of the Year in 2010 and has many special certifications including, CRS, GRI, e-Pro, and RFC, and has served as President for the Longivew Area Association of Realtors.
