Mary Lou Kayser
Podcast Host, Author, and Consultant in Portland, Oregon
Nimble. Innovative. Unassuming. Creative.
That's how the world sees me.
Loyal. Fun. Hard working. Bold. Reflective.
That's how I see myself.
Ask any of my friends, family, clients and colleagues and they'll tell you, "Mary Lou lights up the room she's in."
I've also been told I'm an excellent facilitator. An awesome listener. A terrific teacher. And someone who can extract insights from just about anything and turn them into gold.
I write. I listen. I think. I podcast. I create. And in so doing, I help people live extraordinary lives because we are not here to be average!
