I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, facilitator, tutor and mentor, currently based in Norfolk, UK. I offer a genuine, confidential and non-judgemental talking therapy, to help explore what's making life difficult for you, so that you can make a change.

Issues I work with include: anxiety, career and personal development, depression, family, friendship, identity, culture and heritage, isolation, life change, loss, low self-esteem, race issues, redundancy, relationships, retirement, self-awareness, self-care, self-confidence, stress, support for counsellors in training, transcultural and work-related.

Fees from £55 for online and telephone counselling. From £65 for face-to-face counselling. Some concessions offered.

I also facilitate online and in-person workshops focusing on race and transcultural issues in therapy and other professional helping relationships.
