Mary Rouleau's real estate career started in 1995 as a part-time Realtor while working a full-time secretarial job ultimately leading her into working as a full-time Realtor in 1997. She subsequently obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1998. Mary lives in the Tampa Bay area for the last 30 years.

When the “housing bubble” occurred in mid to late 2000’s, she got a part-time job working for AT&T wireless and gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the wireless industry. She also worked part-time at a local golf course. While working there, she took up the game of golf.

Mary has an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.

Mary takes pride in her role as a Seller’s or Buyer’s Agent. She uses her real estate knowledge to clearly focus on her Clients. She always asks to personally present her Buyer Clients' offers, especially in multiple competing offer situations. She clearly articulates the reasons a Seller may find her Buyers' offers acceptable and many Buyer Clients have benefited from her skills. For her Seller Clients, she clearly communicates what it would take for her Sellers to find a buyers' offer acceptable and has often negotiated for a higher amount in her Sellers' pockets, in part as a result of her negotiating skills.
