Mary Tritsis

Having recently accepted a position as Director of Lending at Accion, Mary Tritsis has a background in Executive Management extending back three decades. Mary Tritsis’ positions include a combination of strategic planning in the banking and Non Profit Industries. This includes her position as Sr Vice President at BankFinancial and President of Kindness Is Doing Something Special for Kids (KIDSS for Kids), a nonprofit that is one of the largest affiliates of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
Ms. Tritsis oversees programs that provide young patients and their families with supporting the emotional well being. One of her accomplishments has been forming lasting donor relationships as she works to fulfill strategic fundraising goals. A total of $15 million has been raised under her leadership. Two significant fundraising events include AON Step Up for Kids and the KIDSS for Kids Golf Outing.
Ms. Tritsis’ past financial experience includes more than a decade with First American Bank in positions such as first vice president, where she oversaw a 15-branch region. Mary Tritsis achieved a significant portion of the bank’s overall mortgage volume and spearheaded growth in new Bank at Work accounts.
