Hi there!

I'm Marzeta and I'm a Caymanian entrepreneur who wholeheartedly believes in the power of connection through cuisine, conversation, consciousness, and charity. Translation? I love to eat, travel, talk, get quiet, and serve others ... with others!

My company, Cayman Food Tours, launched in December 2013 on a mission to connect visitors to and residents of the Cayman Islands with our island paradise in a memorable and meaningful way by giving them the opportunity to eat the foods, explore the culture, engage with the people, and experience the real Cayman Islands.

Through my studies in the Cayman Islands, United States, and United Kingdom as well as professional and personal learning experiences, I've found a great joy in encouraging others to achieve self-defined success by taking responsibility for their own lives, giving back, thinking positively, and living holistically. In line with this, I'm the licensee and organiser of TEDxSevenMileBeach. In April 2014, people from over 240 cities around the world watched online as incredible talks were presented live to attendees in the Cayman Islands.

I've been a member of the Cayman Islands Education Council since 2012 and have been actively involved in the formulation and execution of national education policy and strategy since my appointment. The opportunity to positively impact the growth and development of young minds is as awesome as it is humbling.

I'm the very proud Past President of Rotaract Blue Cayman Islands and was a 2013 finalist for the prestigious Young Caymanian Leadership Award.
