Marzia Giacobbe painter and freelance photographer born in Rome, Italy, where she works.
She began her artistic and professional career with photography. Over the years her photographic work of food, travel and still life has been published in numerous newspapers, encyclopedias and websites, including magazine covers. Among the most important collaborations Gambero Rosso, Findus, De Agostini. Currently her photographic portfolio is represented by important Agencies including Istock Getty Images and Adobe Stock.
But it is with painting that she manages to break free from the patterns that photography imposes, especially commercial photography, thus freeing all her innate creativity. In recent years she has had the opportunity to dedicate study, experimentation and energy to the creation of new works, with particular attention to abstract floral painting. Hers is a continuous search for a personal style where color and overlaps coexist harmoniously, drawing inspiration from the beauty of nature.
