Masdemont Victoria

I’m quickly motivated to work since I have 18 years old. Jobs brought me some experience but too to beat my shyness. I don’t know if I can say shyness but I need to take my landmarks before to be really good in my performance and my work. My biggest wish today is to be independent : it’s explains my choice to work and about my future life : to be manager (consulting manager)

People qualifie me like a leader, I think most of time it is more unconscious but I like take decisions, I often find good arguments to have what I want. It’s a good point to be a good manager in company.

I have two educations : first my mother learnt to me to be volunteer, organise and this « leading spirit » and my father who brought me some experiences. He lived in Spain during few years : that bring to me the desire to move in my life. That is an advantage for my job because I accepte and I am for the mobility business in a company.
