Refilwe Masehela

Greetings. I’m Refilwe. I’m currently a student at the University of Johannesburg pursuing a Bachelor of Education degree majoring in English and ICT. I originally come from Moletjie Ga Legodi Village in Limpopo Province.

I started schooling at an under-resourced school, therefore, I decided to pursue a BEd degree majoring in ICT to improve and enhance the technology in my previous schools. ICT does not only improve digital literacy but also prepares learners for the increasingly digital world, also to adapt and fit into the modern and digital world. I believe that ICT plays a crucial role in this modern landscape of education. I have engaged and participated in activities so that I develop and improve my valuable competencies such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

My strong analytical abilities and passion for academic excellence drives me to explore and be more eager to expand my ICT knowledge and skills. I'm a fan of education, technology, and innovation. I’m also interested in reading and web development. My current main goal is to complete and obtain my higher education qualifications through determination, passion, innovation, and dedication.
