With 15 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, I have deep proficiency in Technical Support, as well as IT Management and Troubleshooting. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of Technical Analyst capacities and am currently employed as Senior Technical Support Analyst for the company Agogo Interactive Corporation, which I founded in 2012. In this position, I am involved in all company operations and technical projects working with cloud solutions, as well as in mobile and virtual environments.Previous to this, I worked as Technical Support Specialist I, II, and III for a variety of high tech companies.I have successfully led a variety of multifunctional projects and teams, which have provided me with the ability to navigate complex challenges with ease. I am constantly striving to find new manners to improve operations and enhance technical systems.
