An aspiring English and History FET educator. I am currently doing my fourth year at the University of Johannesburg. I believe that it is essential for learners to be familiar with their country's relevant history. Learners should be taught important subjects, such as History, which will help them understand the past to comprehend the present. I am passionate about enlightening the younger generation about contemporary issues around them. I am a hard worker and always open to learning new idea. I am currently a member of an activist organization called Equal Education. This organisation aims to challenge the Education system of South Africa so that all learners can have access to a just and equal education. It fosters political and historical education for its members.
