Mason Cooper

MASON COOPER, a long time entertainment industry veteran, brings to NEXT PHASE FILMS his experience specific to the film business, encompassing production matters ranging from the creative to legal and business aspects. After attending Arizona State University for Business Management and Theater, and receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration (Entertainment Business Emphasis) from Belmont University, Mason forged a broad background in the film and music industries, including film music supervision, post sound supervision, production consultations (inclusive of budget oversight, creative strategies, and legal delivery elements), and as a speaker/panelist at film festivals across North America. He has served in top executive positions for artists and companies such as John Lennon Music, George Michael mgt, Motown's Jobete Music, and has been a key production team member of over 40 film projects during the past five years (including films starring Dennis Quaid, Ashton Kutcher, James Woods and more – working with companies as diverse as Showtime, Sony, Warner Brothers and Lionsgate.

Being on the inside of film projects, and working with an established network of producers and directors, puts NEXT PHASE FILMS in a unique position to find, understand and assess the wide range of opportunities available for its production and financing efforts.

Mason lives in the greater Los Angeles area with his wife and daughter.
