Throughout my life, I grew up cheering for the UGA Bulldogs on Saturdays, and my dream has always been to be on the team. However, this dream would be challenging to achieve as this is what many people dreamed of. Through the hardship and training, the only thing on my mind was to play for the Bulldogs on Saturday. However, this dream would soon be setback due to a horrific injury that occurred due to too much training. This injury ended up leaving me with a crack in my spine and almost left me paralyzed. Even though this injury left me devastated, my dream was still out there to be achieved. Through recoveries and workouts, my dream started to look more attainable. However, my dream was crushed due to the doctor telling me that it would never heal the same. Even though my dream was crushed, I still looked for ways to achieve my dream without attaining it. When I got into the University of Georgia, I was ecstatic and began looking for ways to be involved with UGA football. Through looking for ways to be involved, I reached out to many different people looking for a job. I got an interview and was hired to work on the equipment staff for football. Even though I might not officially be on the team, this job is the closest to it. By being in the locker room, attending practice, and being on the sidelines for games, I achieved my dream.
