Masood has vast experience in society & youth development sector. He is doing graduation in Electrical Engineering from Mirpur University of Science & technology Mirpur AK. Masood started his journey as a social activist at the age 16 by arranging a series of free medical camps in the rural areas of Sialkot and then Jaranwala , Gojra and samundri (Faisalabad). Working with Payaam trust was his first experience with youth based NGO then he also worked with british council Sialkot chapter. He at the age of 19 made a blood donating society in his town and worked for the betterment of society. He got the membership of National Youth assembly in 2012-13 chapter and attended seminars and conferences and youth leadership training programs. He has also actively participated in hope and Go Green projects (NYA). Masood attended international youth peace summit arranged by Kafka. Masood has never took his disability as his weak point but it was his motivational point through the carrier , Masood is also working for the development of handicap people in society for this purpose step organization helped him. Masood wants to help his country and its people by enhancing the exposure and giving of opportunities to the youth and handicap and also wants to increase the awareness of the role of women and her education to produce an educated society which also affects the national economy, literacy, peace and prosperity. Masood enjoys focusing on the topics regarding education to the youth, handicap and women on their role in society, democracy, skill development, human rights education, policy making, role of media (electronic, press & social) and Kashmir Crisis.
