During the course of my life, I have always been brave enough to open my arms to big changes at unexpected moments to pursue what makes me feel empowered. I am standing at one of those moments of change again.
Just like many project controls practitioners, I learnt project controls by experience, not by education. There was no formal education or even a comprehensive educational program or training that could help me get started in project controls. I learnt project controls by trial and error. I have to say that I had great mentors who helped me tremendously in my project controls journey. If I didn’t have such mentors who freely shared their wisdom, knowledge, and expertise with me, I could not be at the stage that I am now. They inspired me to share my knowledge, serve, and add value to the people who could benefit from my knowledge and expertise. and I have loved it. With a new self-awareness, I am passionately working on my ideas to develop my own business.
