Swedish Massage is a relaxing full body massage using a combination of five basic kinds of movement. Try our Swedish Massage to restore your sense of calm and balance, boost circulation and tone the skin and muscles. This will leave you feeling totally relaxed and help you get a good night's sleep!
Deep Tissue Massage is designed to work on deeper muscles and connective tissue and works on chronic pain, muscle tension and spasm, including after physical exercise, and repetitive strain injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome. We may use fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms during the deep tissue massage. You may be asked to breathe deeply as the massage therapist works on certain tense areas.
Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage can be combined together, specifically blended for you and your individual needs and preferences.

Aromatherapy Massage combines all the benefits of a full body massage with the therapeutic effects of essential oils which are absorbed through the skin to work on a physical level whilst acting on our emotions via their inhalation. Choose from our relaxing or energising blends.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage £25 (30 min) A half hour treatment focussing on the back and shoulders to relieve pain, anxiety, stress and tension and melt away those knots.
Hopi Ear Candling £25 (30 min) Ear Candling is a holistic treatment used for relaxation and to treat conditions of the ear, nose and throat area. A hollow cone of waxed cloth with beeswax and therapeutic herbs is held at the entrance to the ear canal as the flame gently draws out wax and debris from the ear via a suction effect, also equalising pressure in the head and ears. May help with compacted ear wax, ear pain, sinusitis, colds, flu, sore throats, hayfever, tinnitus, vertigo, catarrh, asthma, headaches and migraines. The heat is also gently soothing. Clients find it a very relaxing experience.
