hypertension, heart disease, obesity and reduce life span.

a) Getting good sleep consist of 25 percent of you life.

#3 Meditate, massage and exercise should consist of 5 percent.

or dealing with a stressful or really busy life. To prevent diabetes,

a unexpected storke or heart attack.

a) Take care of your self and eliminate tension, stress, tight mucsle,

b) Its a great idea to see your doctor regularly, exercise at

least three days a week, 20 minutes of intervas on hills

and at least 70 percent moderate to 85 percent vigorous.

Plus do a circuit of range of motion exercises.
