Massa I L Gray‘s professional work over the last 4 years has been spent on volunteering her time through Mental Health awareness, Health Education and Promotion, as well as Contraceptive usage promotion, screening for both Non Communicable Diseases and Communicable Diseases including Covid-19 prevention while creating solutions to address Public Health challenges. As a dedicated Global Health Enthusiast, she has developed so much passion based on her experiences for improving the well-being of individuals and communities worldwide. She is skilled in conducting research, implementing health initiatives, and advocating for evidence-based policies that address pressing global health challenges.
Massa served as an intern at the Ministry of Health in Rwanda where she supported the implementation of policies and programs that aim to strengthen the health workforce and improve health outcomes while working with and collaborating with other health practitioners that have spent decades in the field. She has applied her knowledge and skills in public health, research, and data analysis to contribute to the evaluation and improvement of health systems and services. She is committed to promoting equitable access to healthcare, reducing health disparities, and fostering sustainable development in resource-limited settings. She has strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive positive change and is also interested in health and climate education for young people and children.
