I handle litigation in the field of trademarks, patents, unfair competition and copyright, as well as the relevant activities of financial enhancement of the intangible assets of companies, professionals and public entities.

I am the coordinator of Study Center at Scientific Park of Bergamo Province where I provide consultancy services to Italian and foreign companies. I regularly contribute to the following journals and reviews: Rivista di Diritto Industriale, Eplaw, Newsmercati and Les Nouvelles. I am member of LES (Licensing Executives Society) and ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).
