I worked as Chief Technology Officer.In this position I was responsible to evaluate, select and recommend to the Executive Board any technology applicable to systems which could be produced by the company.In the last 7even years I have dealt with the development and production of a special product used to the management of the waste produced in large kitchens - These particular devices is mainly based on food waste dehydration systems treatment plants made up of one or more hopper with grinding systems (Remote Food-Waste-Disposer) a dedicated piping ... and finally a special Centrifugal-Type Dehydrator controlled by a PLC.Now -to avoid that my know-how may be lost- I am looking for new opportunities for career development, in the field of Commercial Foodservice Equipment, specially manufacturers of Food Waste Processing Machinery.
