For the last 48 years, Stephen has been involved in a diverse cross section of industries, including government, finance, property, entertainment, manufacturing, mining, technology & renewable energy.

In recent decades Stephen has

- been on the Board of Directors of over 35 companies

- performed the role of Managing Director / CEO of 13 of these companies (averaging over 5 years at each). All of which were “Start-Up” enterprises (including 6 in partnership with the Chairman & MD of McKinsey & Co, Tokyo).

- been an advisor to Global Public Companies and Government Health Boards

He has over 20 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions in major public equity markets worldwide.

Stephen's strengths are in sustainability, finance, value creation, business strategy, corporate leadership, communication, team building, operational systems & processes, marketing and innovation.

He currently serves as a Director of the Hellyer Gold Mine, Tasmania with an annual turnover of $88 million (CY22), focused on environmental tailings reprocessing and rehabilitation as well as further exploration.

Stephen is also interested in building a network of professionals using the latest immersive technologies to enhance corporate pursuits and advance health and wellness.
