She started her career journey as an administrative officer and personal development coordinator for sustainable development project under Desasiswa Saujana, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
Eventually, she became an executive chemist and a leader in the laboratory department in one of the manufacturing company, Daibochi Plastic & Packaging Ind. Bhd. She was one of the 5S and Safety Committee member during her service.
Due to her passion in education and training, she started her full-time career as a trainer in graduates’ employability training, interpersonal skills and image enhancement program for 10 years under Training Cube International Sdn Bhd. She established brand for graduates’ employability skills, Career Cube and becoming a major contribution of sales for the company.
Her experience and skills lead her to hold a position as Sales Director at Training Cube International Sdn Bhd and responsible in sales projection, strategic planning and execution.
She has a unique vocal and frequently being invited as a panel in forum and talk show at TV Al-Hijrah and TV3, discussing mainly on her expertise about career and graduates.
