Matej Rumanovský

Matej graduated in journalism at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava, but writing and working with text have accompanied him throughout his life.

He has worked as an editor and as an editor-in-chief in several media, written advertising texts, and has written many other things as well. However, his artistic work is his home, where he comes from and to which he keeps returning.

So far he has written two novels, one book on creative habits, and is writing more. In his novels, he explores being, the passage of time, and the fleeting nature of the present moment. In addition to longer prose pieces, he regularly writes short stories and blogs. He publishes in Slovak, English and German.

At the moment, in addition to his own writing, he is focusing primarily on helping creatives write the books they've been dreaming about as a book coach.
