My work is focused on empowering individuals - by combining

from the inside out - from creative awareness and the law of intentionality through to the power of agreements and embracing and energising the multi-dimensions with senior business executives around the structural and relational aspects of change. Whether in a workplace or personal setting, I address the awareness and self-leadership needed to set up projects, goals, and intent to succeed in the invisible before harvesting results in the visible. organisations, agreements and to empower people (connection, during the fuzzy-front-end of change, innovation and growth.

My background and extensive trainings in self awareness, organisational development, change management, innovation, team awareness and ethical leadership, all inform my work as a coach, trainer and facilitator – in that I am concerned for the wellbeing and transition of the organisation and its people both independentaly and as a connected whole.

These are exciting and challenging times.
