Mathias Connot

I've been in recruiting for the better part of eleven years as a Recruiting Coordinator, Full Cycle Recruiter, HR Project Manager and most recently I've focused over the last three years exclusively on uncovering candidates in the deepest, most out-of-the-way corners of the Web (and anywhere else they happen to be) as a full time sourcer. I love the thrill of discovery that comes from finding a new cache of talent where no one ever thought to look before or from following a chain of referrals and hires so deep that it feels like a perpetual motion machine. From sourcing and recruiting international talent from one region for internationally-based positions in another to sourcing and recruiting international talent for positions in the U.S., I've found and hired talent all over the world for Microsoft, Zynga, and Genie Industries. My passion is for international recruiting and sourcing which dovetails nicely with my passions for travel, research, and reading.
