Mathias Mengel finished his studies of philosophy, civil law and human resources/organizational matters at the University of Potsdam and at the Homboldt-University in Berlin.

Born in a technologized world, he very early began to engage himself in computers and the internet, including social media. Although Mathias is engaged in a wide field of study, he found himself most interested in human resources-related topics such as recruiting and hr-development.

Having gained good experiences in IT- Marketing- and Sales-Recruitment as well as in administrative tasks over the past 4 years, he is now working as a recruitment consultant for top-level companies.
