Matilde has worked at the intersection of tech, media and politics for 5 years. After doing a Master thesis at the London School of Economics on youth engagement in politics through social media, she worked for brands including Paramount and Fox on their campaigns in Europe. In 2015 she co-founded Compass News, a machine learning journalism startup with over 100,000 MAU and offices in London and New York. At the start of 2019, she moved to India to run digital marketing for the Congress Party in the 2019 Indian elections. She is now an Entrepreneur in Residence at Hambro Perks, a venture firm that backs, builds and scales global companies.
