Matt sits on the board of Code First Girls, which he co-

founded in 2013 to teach young women how to code.

Matt started his career at McKinsey & Co, and holds

degrees from Cambridge and MIT, where he was a

Kennedy Scholar. He was awarded an MBE for services to business in the 2016 Queen's Birthday Honours.

I co-founded (with Alice Bentinck) and work at Entrepreneur First (EF), the world’s leading talent investor.

I write a weekly newsletter, Thoughts In Between, on how the world got to be the way it is and how it’s changing.

Outside EF, I serve on the boards of Code First Girls, which I co-founded (also with Alice), the Kennedy Memorial Trust and Innovate UK.
