Currently working at a "challenger bank" to establish and uplift key IT Operations capabilities. Challenges of this role include:

  • Application of critical thinking and facilitation skills across a broad range of scenarios from strategic planning to tactical problem solving (and everything in between).
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership for immediate team members and the wider IT team during a period of significant organisational change.
  • Employing diverse leadership styles and tactics to develop staff to perform new functions, or significantly enhance their performance for under performing functions.
  • Key contributor in the re-negotiation of the primary IT managed service provider contract. Subsequently managed contraction transition process, and continue to retain responsibility for on-going governance and performance management processes for the arrangement.
