I got involved working with Essential Oils after a good friend of mine was in a really bad accident last year. She shared with me about how the oils helped her on her road to recovery. I've dealt with numerous issues myself, often with bouts of sleeplessness for weeks, or months on end.
Maggie shared with me that there are oils that can help people with Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, and almost every other issue that can affect our overall health. After having been on Klonopin to help me sleep, and not liking how it was affecting me after I had woken up, I wanted to try something that was natural, and wouldn't have negative side effects in my liver, and slowing me down mentally.
That's when I tried out the Lavender oil a couple months ago, and almost every night I rarely ever wake up until at least 5 or 6 AM. These oils have helped me tremendously, and I find my self using some of the oils throughout the day, mainly the Lemon, Wild Orange, and Peppermint oils. I'm not one who really drinks much water, but with a little bit of these oils, I've been drinking a lot more water, and find I'm drinking less coffee, especially later in the day.
