My name is Matt and I am founder and director of Mind Over Muscle and QV Medical Centre. My objective, even though I am in healthcare, is to infuse environmentalism with business. I am developing a zero waste business model that will enable health businesses to operate under zero waste or low waste. This is achieved by closed loop systems ensuring that whatever is used inside the business is fed into a set of processes that returns a product either sterilised, repurposed or recycled back to the location for use. Everything is tracked and accounted for from start to finish so that the process can continuously be improved over time.
