I play the guitar. It is a simple instrument, made up of six strings and wood; yet, it produces beautiful, complex sounds. An average person picks up a guitar and sees nothing special to it. They cannot use it in the way it was meant to be used. However, one who can wield this instrument has the ability to see the guitar's full potential to create music, emotion, and passion. One may view myself in a similar manner.
Anyone may look at me and think nothing of me. They might use words like average or ordinary. Reality has shown that when someone can converse with me, pick my brain, and attempt to discover what makes me tick I have a bounty of talents, skills, and ideas which can captivate people, creating bonds much deeper than the average friendship. Not everyone I meet will see me in such a light, but the select few will understand me on a deeper level, allowing them to see my full potential. This also applies to my interpersonal psyche.
The more I can know about myself and my persona, the better I may use my talents and emotions to be successful and happy in my life.
