Matt Prescott

I run Iken Associates, a sustainability and environmental consultancy based in the UK. A geographer through and through, I stereotypically love maps. I also enjoy understanding people and their relationships with places – urban, wild, and in between. Edgelands intrigue me – their unique ecology, absorbing sense of place and timelessness somehow mixed with emphemerality.

I'm currently working on nature-based solutions in carbon markets; climate and nature risks on a new shipping line; decarbonisation in airports and aviation; and other such varied and interesting projects, like Inside Out.
